Can anybody tell me the recipe for the cupcakes from tonights (13.04.07)Better, Homes & Gardens show OZ?

On tonights(13.04.07) better homes and gardens there was a cupcake recipe. Does anybody have it? Much appreciated.

2. 125g unsalted butter, sugar (cant remember how much). Cream together. Add 3 eggs and beat. Fold in SR flour and bicarb, then walnut oil. Cook in 180 oven for 9-13 minutes. The icing was icing sugar, lemon juice and ??? (dammit I cant remmeber the third thing!!) CHeck the Better Homes adn Gardens website though.
