How do I take levolor cellular blinds down from my window. They have been damaged need to send to co.?
The blinds are mounted inside the top of the window. I am having a hard time getting them down. Please help.

- there is most likely a way to unsnap the blind itself from the mount structure ( that is screwed into your window frame) once you have removed the blind from this frame...chances are you will reveal the screws.
its almost an impossible question to answer without seeing the blind...but i am a decorative painter and have to remove blinds and window treatments daily.
i would recommend you get a step stool so you are high enough to really see what you are doing.
- Open the blinds the whole way (so you can see the top rail).
There is an 'L' shaped clip screwed onto the window frame. One end is inside the rail, so it is hidden. The other end, usually on the back side that faces the glass, has a rounded end that clips around the rail.
Use a flat-head screwdriver to push the clip back -- it should NOT require a lot of strength. Don't twist or pull, it should just pop out. Twisting or pulling hard can damage the rail, or loosen the clip/hanger and pull it out of the window frame.
