What matches salmon blinds and light yellow walls?

My boyfriend moved into an apartment and he has two windows with salmon pink blinds in his bedroom. The walls are a light yellow. He is not allowed to change the blinds or the wall color. He asked me buy curtains for him but I have no clue what colors would match. His bedding is beige, brown and black if that helps. Any suggestions?
He's a guy. Lavender isn't very masculine lol. The blinds are light salmon btw and his bedding is beige and black, though he might change it after I get the curtains

  1. Lavender curtains will go with the yellow walls.
  2. Try sand-colored curtains. Use as many sea-related colors in the room as poss., minimizing the black, but using the beige and brown in combo with large swaths of sea colors. If you can find curtains of sea blue/green with a pattern of beige/sand in them, and maybe touches of salmon, that would be enormously helpful.
  3. OK, didn't read all of the question....apparently. I agree, go with something in the light brown, tan family. Those are tough colors to match with a third



    A suggestion is to go to an OSH or Home Depot where they have color paint samples and put things together.



    You may have better luck finding a print fabric with they yelow and salmon already in it which will (a) give you additional color options or (b) make curtains out of a print fabric - very easy to do.
  4. maybe sand, brown, or dark yellow.
  5. i think you can take More of Yellow orange (golden) and little bit of ivory.something in small checks would look better.
  6. Maybe one of these?
