Garden Office 8 Feet by 10 Feet North Berwick Scotland?

We're moving house soon and I'd like to work in an outside office. 8 by 10 feet is a good size and I'd like someone to erect it for me.



Whats my best bet? We're in North Berwick area, Scotland. Budget is probably about 2.5k
Its an office outside the house, about 5 metres from the house in the back garden.

   You might look into "prefab" units. If you put in a cement foundation, you might something fairly easy to erect for 2.5k.
